Dedicated to the memory of Pat Cook
Patricia Cook (Pat) aged 76, sadly passed away at The Princess Alexandra Hospital, Harlow on the 8th September 2017.
Pat was born on 28th November 1940. She is survived by her devoted husband Brian, whom she married on 23rd June 1962.
Pat will be sorely missed by not only her 3 sons and daughter, her 2 grandsons and 6 granddaughters, but also 2 of her loving sisters and extended family.
May she rest in peace.
